There has been A LOT of posts about this in the last few days, it would
pay to search the archives first ;)

I didnt even notice there was a problem, just rm -rf /usr/ports/www/jakarta-tomcat
and then cvsup worked... But a lot of people seem to need to remove
it from there /usr/sup/ports-all/checkouts.cvs\:. or ports-www or 
whatever your setup is... Guess I was just lucky...

(after seeing all these posts I edited my ports checkouts just incase :)
