Any way it should be not enabled by default, as in proposed patch. Doxygen doc for libmp3splt is not useful for most freebsd users, who install this port. Doxygen docs is interesting only for mp3splt and mp3splt-gtk developers, who unlikely use freebsd port, but probobly build libmp3splt from svn trank/branches by hands.
