Try putting it in an <name>.sh file in /usr/local/etc/rc.d
Remember to at least to a chmod 0555 on the file for it to
auto exec when booting freebsd.

greetings, I want the following commands to
be executed when my machine starts up:

sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.log_in_vain=1
sysctl -w net.inet.udp.log_in_vain=1


which file in /etc does need to go in?  thanks
