cvsweb cannot extract out a multifile patch. as the committer it is not up
to you decide "editorial change only" on a commit that hits 30 files. As
you yourself said to me a year or two ago, "Things have changed. We can
no-longer allow anyone (in that case you meant me) to run rampant over the
tree without review". (or words to that effect). 30 files is 30 files (or
however many it was). It should have been reviewed by *SOMEONE* and I hope
we won't be having this conversation again in 2 months time (again).
