im trying to install gettext-0.10.40 via portupgrade:
# portupgrade -RpvF gettext
** No need to upgrade 'libiconv-1.7_2' (>= libiconv-1.7_2). (specify -f 
to force)
** The port directory for 'devel/gettext-devel' does not exist.
--->  Reporting the results (+:succeeded / -:ignored / *:skipped / !:failed)
        - converters/libiconv (libiconv-1.7_2)
        ! devel/gettext-devel (gettext-0.10.40) (port directory error)


Is this just a simple error? And how can it be fixed?
