For most people who have problems with RSI wrist problems, straightening the wrists usually solves less than 10% of the problem, which means that the MNK doesn't do a whole lot. Rotating the wrists (to vertical or near-vertical) usually helps the most, such as in the Comfort Keyboard System (see ). > RSI is very serious and in many cases can directly affect your livelihood, > so if you can, see a doctor right away for a diagnoses. Definitely get a referral to see an RSI specialist, and you may also need to see a physiotherapist. You need to solve the immediate problem, as well as prevent relapses in the future. If you fail to take care of your RSI problems, you could be laid up for a period of years, and effectively unable to use a computer for anything. -- Brad Knowles, "Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety." -- Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790), reply of the Pennsylvania Assembly to the Governor, November 11, 1755 SAGE member since 1995.
