I remember just now, there was message catalog files included into package list for elm.with_pgp, they must not be present into pure elm, because they not build. Solution for it is to edit pure elm Makefile as same manner as elm.with_pgp and add message catalog patch from there or simple delete message catalog files from pure elm pkg. -- Andrey A.
