That depends on what you mean by BSD UNIX.  If you mean 4.3BSD, then
the answer is "age".  FreeBSD is a descendent of 4.[123]BSD.

Check http://www.cdrom.com.  I think the answer is yes.

In machine-readable form only.  You can print them out if you want.
You can also buy a book to go with it, "The Complete FreeBSD", second
edition (http://www.cdrom.com/titles/os/bsdbook2.htm).
