Yipe, looks like your filesystem is corrupted.  If you can, run fsck
against it.

That is commercialware, unfortunately, but it is a good bootmanager.  It
was included with OS/2 which is how I came across it.  It does need the
2mb partition so it doesn't work as a drop-in add-on.
