bsd.sites.mk patch

Hi,

Google Code seems to be down, but it has some archive URLs that can be used=
 to
make broken ports build again (Just tested this with databases/credis port).

Attached is the patch to Mk/bsd.sites.mk to update URL pattern for Google C=
ode.

#212710 is similar to this but for specific port.
