Before I go and mark the port broken for 4.x, does anyone know of a port that's had to solve a similar issue from which I could crib the necessary automake/configure magic to have this work? The only functions from pthread that libtap needs are pthread_mutex_(un)lock. I'm still climbing the automake learning curve. If you do, I'd be extraordinarily grateful if you could go to http://jc.ngo.org.uk/trac-bin/trac.cgi/ticket/22 and add the info as a followup to that ticket. If not, I'll go and mark the port broken on 4.x until I figure this out. Thanks. And, as it's Christmas Eve, Merry Christmas to you all. I hope Santa brings everything you've asked for (assuming, of course, that naughty < nice this year...)
