Eh?  It was already in the 4.4-RELEASE release notes.  This info was
also in the release notes for 4.3-STABLE, albeit *very* briefly.  It's
not in the 4.4-STABLE release notes, because no changes have happened on
this front since 4.4-RELEASE.

For me personally, I'm running a package pulled down from jdp's Web
page.
