A bitmapfile for a printer send to /dev/lpt0 doesn't do anything,
it just hangs:

# cat bitmapfile  > /dev/lpt0

No error reports anywhere.
Cannot be interrupted with ^C or ^Z
Any other mode with "lptcontrol" does not have any effect.

Same configuration in 6.1-Release works o.k.
