No.  FreeBSD runs on Intel i386 and Alpha only.  To my knowledge, the only
OS that will work on an E35 is HPUX.  There is some work to port Linux to
the HP9000/700 series workstations, but I don't know if there is planned
supp;ort for bigger machines.
