Honestly, I haven't gotten around to it. However, 5.0-CURRENT has extra malloc debugging options enabled (basically, AJ). 5.0-RC and 4.7 do not. There may be a bug in AbiWord itself, and not just the FreeBSD port. If so, it would be good if someone that can reproduce this files a bug with them.
