This doesn't tell me enough to know what went wrong.

1.  what install method did you use?
2.  Exactly where did the error occur?
3.  What is the output from the ALT-F2 debug screen?  Anythingthat may be
appropriate.
4.  Other system information?  (cpu, disk sizes & layout, etc.)
