I'm not satisfied with it *just* as an environment variable and I've been trying to make that point ever since we began this exchange. I don't feel that it's *sufficient* as an environment variable as long as the ports collection (or its agents) continues to be vulnerable to this issue in any way. People expect things which effect the build, as this most certainly does if you're behind a firewall, to be documented with the other build knobs. That's all I'm saying.
