SGML Tools v2.0 will consist of a framework around things like Jade, DocBook, PSGML and so on, along with associated user guides and tutorials, exactly the sort of thing we don't currently have (but badly need). My involvement has been severely curtailed over the past two weeks due to continuing RSI (pain in my hands which makes any typing difficult), and I think it's important that someone follow the discussions and provide a FreeBSD point of view where necessary.
