I believe that it has been stated a couple of times that the linprocfs
mount is only supposed to be visible to processes running inside the
linuxulator.  Thus, the "move" was not just referring to a physical
relocation of the code files, but also a movement of the functionality
from an external filesystem into a subsystem of the linuxulator hidden
from normal processes.
