>Description:

Rtelnet fails to build (long standing problem), but the packing
list has bin/rtelnet, which makes pkg_create unhappy.

Once you remove the bin/rtelnet from the packing list, the package
is made, but pkg_add-ing it (on another machine) stinks with:

/usr/libexec/elf/ranlib: -m: No such file or directory
	pkg_add: command 'ranlib -m /usr/local/lib/libsocks5.a' failed
