I get the "desktop" and changes I make to .fvwm95rc seem to take effect, but none of the buttons on the "taskbar" work (i.e., "Start" button doesn't show the submenus I am expecting). I have tried downloading the rc file from the guy who writes fvwm, and it seems to have all the correct "Menu" items in it, but it never seems to work (works like a charm out of the box with RedHat Linux???). I am running with "startx" as I can't get "xdm" to initialize fvwm95 correctly either. Thanks, Alex
