.forward files can forward not only to other addresses, but to programs as
well (including shell scripts).  So, for example, write a sciprt
"/home/foo/bin/pgpforward" that does something like:

#!/bin/sh
cat | <pgp incantation to encrypt stdin and output to stdout> | mail
you@isp.com

then put "|/home/foo/bin/pgpforward" in your .forward file.
