update to 1.0.0 and update note on usability

Update security/arti to 1.0.0, the first production-ready release (although
still limited in functionality).

On the port side, the port works when run as human user but not yet when ru=
n as
a service, this is work-in-progress.

This PR also removes the not-ready-for-production message from pkg-descr and
removes pkg-message entirely. Alternatively, a list of what arti can be used
for can be added to pkg-message in the mean time (until version 2.0 or so).
