I also disagree. It's a very useful convention. Just because OpenBSD
thought it up first is not a reason for us to use it. Nor does it
require converting existing names (or even use it in the future,
although I would like to see it.

I still miss the old VMS convention that names that include a '$' are
reserved unto the system. (Of course, '$' would not be a good convention
for a Unix type system.)
