Thanks to you both for the info. And glad to hear the path name got 
fixed for the xdm config files. I primarily use FreeBSD on the desktop, 
so I'll probably submit more corrections and changes to the Xorg section 
once I get finished reading the stuff about getting started. There are 
parts of it that are confusing and for the most part, don't seem to be 
necessary anymore, at least not in most cases. Such as a lot of the font 
configuration stuff.
