I have a machine with an ASUS P/I-P65UP5 motherboard, that hangs on
every reboot. Anyone have any ideas on how I may fix this? It
seems to work fine under linux, but that doesn't do me much good. :P

I've included the dmesg output from of one of them.

Thanks,
Chris Csanady
