Wait, you have ACPI enabled, but ACPI didn't enumerate your CPUs? Umm, can you provide an acpdump -t from your machine? Also, can you try hacking mptable_pci_probe_table() in mptable.c to print out pci0 and bus at the start of the function? Thanks.
