Just a note that warning is for older monitors that werent so nifty at handling refresh rates, but I am sure that if you have a newer monitor (multi-sync) you shouldnt have a problem. A bit of research into the monitor should give you more information as well as if its a single sync monitor find out the exact sync rates and use that. Best do some research if your not sure, should be easy to track it down with your favourite search engine.
