While this link works, the first link on that page, 'Learn more at 
National Vulnerability Database (NVD)' to 
   http://nvd.nist.gov/nvd.cfm?cvename=CVE-2008-2476
does not, saying it's not in the right format of CVE-XXX-XXXX ?

This link doesn't work, and neither does searching for '472363' there?
