A swapfile is only swap device:
 /swapfile of 128 MB on /dev/ad0s1a as /dev/md0

At time of deadlock:
 swapdevice used 13%

Serial console gets exactly this line every few
seconds:
 swap_pager: indefinite wait buffer: bufobj: 0, blkno:
4317, size: 4096
