If you have the Makefile for the port, you can look in there for the
MAINTAINER field.  If you don't (you have the package, for instance),
you can use the web pages to look for the port (look via
<URL:http://www.freebsd.org/ports/index.html>; ).  The maintainer is
listed on the web page.

In this case, sattrack-3.1.6 (real-time satellite tracking and orbit
propagation program) is listed as being maintained by bjn@visi.com .
