a local hardware vendor has suggested to stay away from the AMD K-5 for linux; he says he has had a lot of problems. does anyone know this to be a valid suggestion for freebsd as well? has anyone had any experience running freebsd on IBM Aptiva's A90 or A92? these are discontinued boxes, but available on the refirb market (intel cpu's.) thanks, eddie
