Synopsis: cvsup-mirror doesn't set correct -C paremeter in init script

State-Changed-From-To: open->closed
State-Changed-By: jdp
State-Changed-When: Tue Nov 27 12:10:48 PST 2001
State-Changed-Why:
Submitter's analysis is incorect. This port uses the cvsupd.access
file to set the client limit. The -C option is intentionally set to
a large number.
