Oops, missed using the send-pr system. Maybe some blinking text on
http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-bugs telling me to do
it would have helped :) (Also a link to
http://www.freebsd.org/send-pr.html would be smart to add there)

I have btw rm -rf'd /usr/obj and /usr/src/gnu and re-synched via cvsup
to an official cvsup mirror. The machine has a PIII 733 CPU.

/etc/make.conf is empty.
