If you're a mutt user, I'm hoping you know the answer to this
one off the top of your head.

Some of my users have switched to mutt and are having trouble
forwarding messages with attachments.  Whether they use the `f'
command from the main menu or from the attachments menu, the
actual attachment doesn't get sent.  Is there a trick to this?
