I donīt use i4b telephony facilities for more than an answering machine
although i often think i should try to get more from this side of i4b.

Because of this, the telephony part is for shure not that maintained
as it should be.

IMHO a "default" section would be a good thing but there are other
possibilities as well.

Iīd appreciate any developments in this area, even more if they are 
driven by real world needs, to make the telephony side of i4b a bit
better and more usable than it is currently.
