I checked out their web page, and I think this is a clever idea.  They
sell their bandwidth management product integrated into a FreeBSD kernel,
pre-installed on an IDE hard disk.  You stick it in the machine of your
choice, configure the IP interfaces, and call it managed.  Very clever.
