Try using "pcm0" as your driver instead of snd0.  Luigi's code has a
better track record with the new SB chips.  Actually, the newer SBs have
ESS chips, not SB chips.  Seems like even Soundblaster can't claim
complete SoundBlaster compatibility these days :-)  pcm detects and drives
these cards very well, though.
