The ksh93 port make process fails with the following:

 Upon futher inspection it seems that INIT.2001-07-04.0000.tgz or ast-ksh.2001-07-04.0000.tgz do not exist at this url. Also an alternate url http://www.research.att.com/sw/download/ could be listed in the Makefile.
