I've been using it for about 2 months now. I haven't had any issues, but
I'm far from an FP expert. In fact, I don't even own an FP client. :-)
We have about 30 FP clients using the service.

Apache/1.3.17 (Unix) AuthMySQL/2.20 PHP/4.0.4pl1 PHP/3.0.18
FrontPage/4.0.4.3 mod_ssl/2.8.0 OpenSSL/0.9.6

Somewhere in here I'll up to 1.3.19...
