Excellent news!

Addison-Wesley have explicitly allowed for the stuff to get onto our
CDROMs, provided it does so as part of the unmodified doc or www repo,
in its entirety and with the copy permission notice intact!

:-)

So now we really just need to decide where to put this beauty.
