I CVSup'd around 5:30PM EST this afternoon. I've got FreeBSD installed on an SATA150 drive, and it's performing very well with no issues so far. I've seen messages fairly recently from others having SATA problems, but the Intel ICH5 controller appears to be unaffected from here.
