It's all:
AMD processor before Athlon 64(all not x86-64)
Intel processor before Pentium 4

Install www/linux-f10-flashplugin11 on any machine with CPU without SSE2

Update www/linux-f10-flashplugin10 to last secure path version  10.3.183.90 http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
And mark www/linux-f10-flashplugin11 how ignore.
