It's a little long, so I've put it on my ftp server. The class is
currently contained in one header file. I've got a couple of other
nice little classes I've been scrubbing up a little lately, and will
put on the ftp server soon. Currently, look for:

	ftp.xmission.com:/pub/users/s/softweyr/CommMessage.h

I'll put my TcpPort class up there as soon as I'm certain they're
clean and working well. ;^)
