Sure! It is a very good point! It will be, at least, more intuitive (after all... why should a mounted filesystem disappear when the computer goes into suspend mode???). I did that proposal because umounting those filesystems marked as "noauto" in /etc/fstab seems easier to implement. But locking these devices seems the right answer to the problem. Obviously, I do not know a lot about FreeBSD. If it is possible to lock those devices, great! It is the right answer. I supposed that there was a problem locking those devices. Cheers!
