As another data point, just got ppp working within 10 minutes on another ISP. Everything went "almost" flawlessly. Interactive works fine. However, to get ddial to remove its default->127.2.2.2 route and add the default route to the real gateway after negotation, I had to change "delete ALL" to "delete 0" in ppp.linkup. It seems ppp is losing track of the fact that the default route was one it added earlier. BTW, this is with the 971208-SNAP version of ppp, so it's possibly this may have been fixed in the last few weeks. Randall
