update patch

Looks good to me. mail/fetchmail passes 'poudriere testport' on both amd64 =
and
i386 under 13.1 and 12.3 for the following configurations:
  - Default settings=20
  - ssl=3Dbase, GSSAPI_MIT
  - ssl=3Dbase, GSSAPI_NONE
  - ssl=3Dopenssl
  - ssl=3Dopenssl with SSL2 and SSL3 disabled
  - ssl=3Dopenssl, GSSAPI_NONE
  - WolfSSL

mail/fetchmailconf passes 'poudriere testport' on both amd64 and i386 under
13.1 and 12.3 with default settings.

The built fetchmail package works nicely in my testing. I approve this patc=
h,
thank you!
