Synopsis: newfs always make root's / directory State-Changed-From-To: open->closed State-Changed-By: dd State-Changed-When: Sat Jun 16 20:07:53 PDT 2001 State-Changed-Why: newfs shouldn't leave artifacts of the current environment lying around. Besides, you can always use chown after newfs/mount.
