Yes, of course.  Just set REPLYTO environment variable to the desired
address.  I used to have this set in my ~/.tcshrc with:

    % grep REPLYTO ~/.tcshrc
    setenv REPLYTO 'keramida@ceid.upatras.gr'

until I found out about Sendmail's genericstable feature.  Now I have
/etc/mail/genericstable set up and I worry no more about mail or any
other command that sends mail :-)
