Running FreeBSD 5.2.1-RELEASE p8. The card has firmware 5.00.03 I have been able to use this card with little problems on 4.9-RELEASE, but now that I've installed 5.2.1, I have been getting disturbing lockups. I noticed it yesterday while I was doing a "portinstall mutt". Three times it attepted to download the source tarball, and it would get anywhere fro 30-80% and my entire machine would just freeze, and I would have to do a cold restart. Going into X and using Mozilla, I would sporadically get the same problem. I know this was a problem before, and people have reported this problem when the MPI350 had the newer firmware, but downgrading the firmware to 5.00.003 always seemd to cure the problem. The other thing is that 'dmesg' produces no error output in regards to the 'an0' device, so I'm not even seeing any errors. The machine just freezes. This is all the dmesg information I get: an0: port 0x8000-0x80ff mem 0xd0400000-0xd07fffff,0xd0200000-0xd0203fff irq 11 at device 2.0 on pci2 an0: got RSSI <-> dBM map an0: Ethernet address: 00:02:8a:df:74:c4 an0: supported rates: 1Mbps 2Mbps 5.5Mbps 11Mbps Any advice or help would be greatly apprectiated.
